Abstract: Telecommunications is the technique of sending or
submission of information, from one place to another.
The Internet is a global network of networks using the
universal standard for linking millions of different networks. or in other
words of the word internet internetworking or connection between separate
networks, each of which has its own identity, becomes a connected network.
Wireless telecommunications is the transfer of information
between two or more points which are not connected by the [electrical
conductor]. The distance can be short, like a couple of meters for
remote-control television, or as far as thousands or even millions of
kilometers for radio communications-in the room.
Changing times became very rapidly, the demand for
information and facilities needed to support the personal lives or business
life.
The company PT Telkom Indonesia is a STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE engaged in
the field of telecommunications and network services in the territory of
Indonesia and therefore subject to the laws and regulations in Indonesia. With
its status as a State-owned Company whose shares are traded on the stock
exchange. The company's majority shareholder is the Government of the Republic
of Indonesia while the rest is controlled by the public.

Introduction
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) is a telecommunication and information (Infocomm), as well as service providers and telecommunications networks are complete (full service and network provider) which is the largest in Indonesia. Telkom provides wireline telephone services (fixed wire line), fixed wireless telephone services (fixed wireless), mobile phone services (cellular) data & Internet and network interconnection services, directly or through associated companies.
Business Activities
Based on the Articles of Association, the scope of its activities is to network and telecommunications services, informatics and optimization of the Company's resources. To achieve the above objective, the Company conducts business activity that includes:

1. Planning, building, providing, developing, operating, marketing or selling / leasing and maintaining telecommunications and information networks in the broadest sense with regard to the provisions of legislation.
2. Planning, developing, providing, marketing or selling and improving telecommunications and information services in the broadest sense with regard to the provisions of legislation.
Supporting Business
1. Providing payment transactions and money transfer through a network of telecommunications and informatics.
2. Performing activities and other undertakings in order to optimize the resources owned by the Company, including the utilization of fixed assets and movable assets, information systems, education and training, and facilities maintenance and repair.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORKING IN THE BUSINESS WORLD TODAY
The company or business need to communicate with customers, suppliers and employees. The current companies could not survive without a network computer and its telecomminications. Technology in digital communication network and can help companies achieve operational excellence, strategic advantage and make relations with suppliers and customers.

Through the web, the user can access the information that not only text but it can also be a picture, sound, video and animation.

This information documents saved or created with the format of the HTML (Hypertext Markup Language).
